As a team owner or co-administrator, you may input team rosters, player names, jersey numbers, positions, match lineups, scoring events, substitutions, schedule events, and related match-day data. This data is associated with your team and visible to team members you invite. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health, biometric, or government identification information.

1.3 Usage and Device Information

We may collect limited device and usage information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and aggregated analytics about feature usage, to improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

1.4 Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; the provider handles card details and returns a tokenized reference used to manage your subscription.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your access.
• To store and display team rosters, match data, lineups, and analytics you enter.
• To generate live scoreboards and shareable match links you control.
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• To send service-related communications, such as trial and retention notices.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Team Members: Data you enter for your team (rosters, lineups, analytics) is visible to members you invite and any co-admins you promote.
• Public Scoreboards: Match data may be shared through a link you generate and control. Anyone with the link can view the live scoreboard for that match.
• Service Providers: We use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payments, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your team and match data for as long as your account is active. If a subscription is canceled or a trial expires without conversion, we provide warning notices and subsequently delete the associated match and team data after a defined retention period. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw team access by removing members or revoking shared scoreboard links.

The Service is intended for coaches, team managers, parents, and authorized adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the applicable jurisdiction). Player names entered into rosters are limited operational data managed by the account holder, not direct collection from minors. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as calendar apps or maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

9. International Users

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
